DMCA Policy
Last updated: April 26, 2026
Nafach respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at copyright.gov, Nafach will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Reporting copyright infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material posted on a Nafach-hosted site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a direct URL).
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Important. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please ensure your claim is accurate before submitting.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against you.
4. Repeat infringers
It is Nafach's policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Site provenance signatures
Nafach landing pages and published sites may include cryptographic provenance metadata (nafach:* meta tags). To verify a suspected clone, visit /.well-known/verify-signature or email security@nafach.com with the URL.
6. International users
Nafach operates globally. If you are reporting infringement of rights protected under laws other than U.S. copyright law (for example, the Korean Copyright Act, the Japanese Copyright Act, or EU copyright directives), please indicate the applicable law and jurisdiction in your notice. We will treat such reports with the same diligence as DMCA notices.
7. Modifications
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
