This Privacy Policy explains how Nafach ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use https://nafach.com and our WhatsApp / LINE website-builder Service.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Nafach, we may process:
• Messenger identifiers and profile display name from WhatsApp or LINE when you message the Service
• Google account identifiers if you sign in or link Google for Dashboard access
• Business descriptions, site content, media, form submissions, and settings you provide
• Technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) needed for security, abuse prevention, and reliability
• Payment and subscription metadata processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
• Analytics events on our marketing site (see Cookies / analytics below)

3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Service (build and host sites, editor, Dashboard, messaging), authenticate you, process payments, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate about your account or Service changes.

4. AI processing
To generate site copy, images, and suggestions, we may send relevant prompts and content to AI providers (including Cloudflare Workers AI). Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data you do not want processed for generation.

5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with processors that help us run the Service (hosting, AI inference, payments, messaging APIs such as Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and LINE) under appropriate agreements, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Customer site visitors
If you publish a site, you are responsible for your own notices to your visitors. Form submissions and "message us" flows are delivered to you (for example via chat or email forward). We process that data to deliver the feature.

7. Cookies and marketing analytics
On https://nafach.com marketing pages we may use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand traffic and campaign performance. You can use browser controls to limit cookies. Tenant customer sites may load analytics only when the site owner configures them.

8. Retention
We keep account and site data while your account is active and as needed for backups, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion subject to legal retention needs.

9. Your rights

10. International transfers
We operate globally using cloud infrastructure. Data may be processed in countries other than yours with safeguards appropriate to the provider and applicable law.

11. Children
The Service is directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
