These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Nafach, the conversational AI website builder available at https://nafach.com and through WhatsApp and LINE ("Service").

1. Who we are

2. The Service
Nafach lets you describe a business in WhatsApp or LINE and receive a website preview, editor access, and optional publishing on Nafach-hosted domains or a domain you connect. Features and plan limits (including Lite, AI Boost / KI credits, and GoBiz) are described on https://nafach.com/pricing and may change over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be able to lawfully use WhatsApp or LINE and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for activity on your messenger account and any teammates you invite.

4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create or distribute illegal, fraudulent, phishing, malware, hateful, or infringing content; to impersonate others; or to abuse messaging channels, rate limits, or infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Your content
You retain rights in content you provide (business descriptions, images, logos, form submissions you receive). You grant us a limited license to host, process, render, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe others' rights.

6. AI-generated content
Site copy, images, layouts, and suggestions may be generated or assisted by AI. You are responsible for reviewing and editing output before publishing. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; do not rely on it as legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid features (if any) are billed through our payment provider. The free Lite plan may remain available with stated limits. Cancel paid add-ons anytime; content generally remains on Lite subject to these Terms and our fair-use / abuse policies. Refunds follow the policy stated at checkout or in product messaging.

8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at https://nafach.com/privacy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service you also agree to that policy.

9. Intellectual property
Nafach branding, software, templates, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors. Customer site content remains with the customer as described above. See also https://nafach.com/dmca.html.

10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search rankings, or messenger delivery.

11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page and in the version / last-updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
