Do I need any technical skills?
No. If you can chat on WhatsApp or LINE, you can build a Nafach site. There are no menus, dashboards, or settings to learn.
How long does it take to build a site?
Most shops are live in about five minutes. The chat asks a few questions, sends you a preview, and publishes once you approve.
How does Nafach actually build my site?
You describe your business in your own words. Nafach turns that into copy, layout, and design choices, then sends you a preview. Nothing goes live until you say yes.
Will my site be fast for customers?
Yes. Pages typically load in under a second on mobile, anywhere in the world. We take care of the speed and reliability so you don't have to think about it.
Is my site secure?
Yes. Every site gets HTTPS (the secure padlock) for free, with auto-renewing SSL certificates. We never share customer messages or form submissions with anyone outside your account.
Will I show up on Google?
Yes. Each site ships with proper meta tags, a sitemap, structured data, and clean semantic HTML — the technical foundations search engines use to index pages.
Can I use my own domain?
Buy a domain in our store on any plan, including Lite — we connect it for you. Already own a domain elsewhere? Connect it on GoBiz.
What if I want to edit something later?
Just send a message. "Update my hours," "add a new product," "change the photo on the home page" — Nafach makes the change and shows you a preview.
Can I cancel? Will I lose my site?
Cancel anytime by sending us a message. The free Lite plan stays active forever. If you cancel a paid add-on, the site reverts to Lite — your content stays.
Do you support languages other than English?
Yes. The chat works in Korean, Japanese, English, and more. Your site can be in any language — Nafach writes the copy in whatever language you chat in.
How are payments handled?
Paid plans are billed monthly via card or local payment methods. No card is needed for the free Lite plan. We don't store payment details — that's handled by our payment provider.
What about my data?
Your content, customer messages, and form submissions belong to you. You can export everything at any time. We don't sell or share data with advertisers.
